As we wrap up our anniversary festivities, we just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to our amazing community. Outsiders often see Las Vegas as a big city full of bright lights and countless commuters, but what locals know is that our town is as tightly-knit as they come. The love and support we’ve felt and received from so many all across this Valley as we worked to open our doors and feed our community will never leave us.
Opening CRAFTkitchen was something we’ve dreamed about forever, and it truly is unbelievable and humbling to know that we’ve had our doors open for an entire year now. We would not be where we are today without the help of our community and the support of the entire CRAFTkitchen family–we owe you all so much. Few things are as rewarding as watching familiar faces enjoy the food we put our heart into day after day, seeing our daughter’s paintings hanging on the walls of CRAFTkitchen, feeding local heroes like our firefighters and police, helping out our community through donations whenever we can, and–most importantly–opening our doors every morning to smiling, sometimes tired, and always hungry faces.
One of the most exciting parts of celebrating one year was throwing our anniversary party. We served some really creative and exciting food and, most importantly, were able to help support a cause that’s near and dear to us. Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate with us, we raised over $1,000 for the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health right here in Las Vegas. That means more to us than any party or champagne toast ever will. So thank you, Las Vegas, for all that you’ve done for CRAFTkitchen and for this beautiful Valley we call home. Cheers to enjoying many more years (and countless plates) together!
